The Stinson Beach County Water District (“we,” “our,” “us,” or "SBCWD") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ("Policy"). This Policy governs your use of SBCWD’s general websites, accessible at www.stinsonwater.org (the "Site"). This Policy discloses our collection of information through any use of the Site. By accessing or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy.

Collection And Use Of Personal Information For The Site

For example, the “Contact Us” page located at www.stinsonwater.org provides, as one of its options, an online form through which to contact us. That form has blanks and dropdown menus through which you are asked to provide the following personal information:

From time to time, SBCWD may work with third party vendors or consultants that provide services to consumers or the general public that may relate to or work with the services provided by SBCWD. While SBCWD does not collect this information, it may access the information to allow the services provided to you by the third parties to be accepted by or work with SBCWD’s services and Features.

The Site uses Google Analytics, a third party that collects and processes data. SBCWD uses Google Analytics to analyze how users use our website. This includes the number of visitors to our website, the duration of their visit, and the pages they visit. This information is used by SBCWD to understand how visitors utilize the Site and to improve our services.

We Respect Do Not Track

Opt Out For The Site
Users may also opt out of receiving email from us through our mailing lists. To opt out of our mailing lists you can unsubscribe or send us an email to remove your address from the subscribed mailing list.
Children
The Site is a general-audience website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
